Our purpose at Brooks is to inspire everyone to run their path.
Our goals are simple: everyone who wants to run feels welcome to run, and everyone who runs has a place to do it. We’re working toward meaningful change the same way we run — by tapping into the limitless positivity of the run and then putting one foot in front of the other.
The run can do more than improve health — it can improve well-being. Run Grants supports organizations working to create this positive change in their community by promoting good health and well-being through the power of the run.
We champion organizations that share similar values and that are working to make the world a better place to run and live. Brooks donates time, gear, and money to companies that align with our non-discrimination policies driving diversity, equity and inclusion, whether based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, disability, military status, marital status, pregnancy or child birth, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, or political ideology.
These product donation grants are assessed once per year in August, at which time we will select applicants who best meet the following criteria:
- Organization’s ability to promote good health and well-being
- Organization’s ability to reduce barriers to participation, making the run open to everyone and inclusive
- Organization’s ability to champion the run for all
- Organization’s alignment with Brooks’ non-discrimination policy
- Scope of impact
- How organization will use the product donation to achieve their mission
